I am Virginia “Marie” Hutchinson—a Pastor’s wife, Biblical Counselor, Mother, Grandmother, lifelong Musician, and Songwriter.

My life verse is Psalm 16:11:

“Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”

White Dove Music is the story of God’s faithfulness throughout my life.

My journey with music began at six years old, shortly after trusting Jesus Christ as my Savior and singing in church for the very first time. From those early years, music became woven into every season of my life. I studied piano and accordion, later learning guitar and ukulele, and played clarinet and saxophone in school band. I sang in children’s, youth, school, and church choirs, served as a student conductor in high school, traveled with a Jesus Folk group sharing the Gospel through music, and worked as a backup vocalist in recording studios. Later, I had the privilege of directing children’s, youth, and adult church choirs while continuing to write songs that expressed my walk with the Lord.

Like many believers, my life has included seasons of deep heartache and disappointment. Yet through every trial, Jesus remained faithful. In my mid-twenties, during a season of healing and restoration, I wrote and compiled a Christmas cantata that was performed by churches in several states. The Lord also blessed me with a wonderful husband, and for more than forty years we have ministered together through music, singing and playing guitar and mandolin in churches and Christian ministry.

Then came a season I never expected. I developed dysphonia and gradually lost my singing voice. What felt like the closing of one chapter became the beginning of another.

God opened a new door, allowing me to continue writing, composing, arranging, and sharing the message He had placed on my heart through advances in AI-assisted music production. Every song still begins with me—the Scripture, melody, lyrics, and musical vision. AI serves simply as one of the tools I use, alongside many hours of arranging, editing, and refining, to bring each project to life.

Out of that journey, White Dove Music was born.

Today, White Dove Music is home to several ministries, each sharing God’s Word through music in a unique way:

• Ginnyree — Contemporary Christian songs of faith, hope, healing, and restoration.
• White Dove Singers — Choir and ensemble music for worship and encouragement.
• White Dove Kids — Scripture memory songs and Bible story songs for children.
• New Creation Orchestra — Majestic Instrumental Meditation and Worship Music.
• Wellspring Symphony — Peaceful instrumental music for reflection, healing, and renewal.
• The Word Within — Scripture set to music for memorization, meditation, and worship.

My prayer is simple: that every song would point hearts to Jesus Christ, encourage believers in their walk with Him, and proclaim the truth of God’s Word. If these songs bring hope to the weary, comfort to the hurting, or inspire someone to worship the Lord more deeply, then White Dove Music has fulfilled its purpose.
