Purchases
Music and digital products are sold through Payhip, a third-party e-commerce platform, and are subject to Payhip’s Terms of Service in addition to these terms. Payhip processes payments and delivers digital downloads on our behalf; we do not directly collect or store your payment information.
Digital downloads. Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a file is defective or an order was made in error. If you experience a problem with a download, contact us at info@whitedovemusic.com and we’ll make it right.
Personal use license. Unless a product listing states otherwise, purchased music is licensed for your personal, non-commercial listening use. It may not be resold, redistributed, or used in commercial productions without separate written permission from White Dove Music.
